Temple Hatikvah/Homestead Jewish Center strives to serve
our congregation's spiritual needs...

Shabbat services: We offer
interesting and varied services led by our rabbi and
our cantorial soloist. Our services are casual and intimate
family gatherings, warm and friendly. We often have potluck dinners
honoring Shabbat or a specific holiday. Families and children are
especially encouraged to attend and participate.

Holidays: The High
holidays and other
religious observances bring out the creative spirit in our leadership.

Life Cycle Celebrations: Whether it's a
Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Naming ceremony, Yahrzeit or other
memorial service, we can assist.

Education:
We would like you to join our Judaic school. The curriculum centers
on:

1) teaching Hebrew
reading proficiency,

2) understanding Jewish
Holidays and Jewish history,

3) Bible heroes and
Jewish values (how to be the best you can be according to Jewish
tradition and beliefs).
